Biblical Studies Network (BSN)
This ministry has been inspired by Paul’s exhortation to his young protégé in 2 Timothy 2:1-2, “You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.”
The aim of the network is two-fold; to train students in Bible Study and to multiply teachers and their opportunities in South & Central Asia. The students learn to minister in a variety of settings with the end goal of creating a team of resource teachers, (not necessarily in one location, but in one spirit, hence the term “network”). This ministry then becomes the shared responsibility of a team, rather than individuals.

Arts with a Mission
The sphere of art & entertainment is perhaps one of the most powerful. The ability of the arts to teach, convert and mobilize people is self-evident. Entire generations have been swayed from the hippie movement to till the MTV culture of today. The heart AWAM is to see all possible art forms redeemed for Christ and then used to expand His kingdom.
In the culturally diverse continent of Asia, indigenous art forms abound. These have been used for the kingdom of darkness, misunderstood, and more often then not, been completely rejected by the church. Students train in these rich art forms and use them to bring the gospel to the nations.
24x7
Under the ministry of AWAM, 24x7 is more than just a Christian rock band. The vision is “to encourage, inspire, equip, motivate and raise musicians of all kinds and to release them into God’s work and purpose (to reach the un-reached with the gospel through music).”
Using concerts and performances as a platform, the band reaches out to the generation of today with fusion, Indian classical, contemporary rock and heavy metal music. Music opens doors into lives and allows the band to preach the gospel and minister to people in a relevant way.
Future goals include:
- Assisting churches in the area of worship
- Raising more committed Christian musicians for India and China
- Develop and improve quality Indian music and bring it to churches
- Release Christian music CD’s and cassettes in different languages relevant to cultures.
